Dispatch times

If your order is in stock, we aim to dispatch it within 2–3 business days of receiving your order. During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we will always aim to keep delays to a minimum.

 

Orders under 1.2 kg

Orders weighing under 1.2 kg are shipped free of charge using Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard.

If you would prefer faster or tracked delivery, you can select Premium Shipping at checkout for an additional cost.

Orders over 1.2 kg

Orders weighing over 1.2 kg are shipped free of charge using a courier economy service (typically 2–3 business days).

If you would prefer faster or tracked delivery, you can select Premium Shipping for an additional cost (typically 24-48hours).

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, weather, or other factors outside our control

• Please ensure delivery details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays

• We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier, but we will always assist where possible
