Dispatch times

If your order is in stock, we aim to dispatch it within 2–3 business days of receiving your order. During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we will always aim to keep delays to a minimum.

 

Orders under 200g

Orders weighing under 200g are shipped free of charge using Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter as standard.

If you would prefer faster tracked delivery, you can select Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for an additional cost.

Orders over 200g

Orders weighing over 200g are shipped free of charge using Royal Mail Tracked 48

If you would prefer faster tracked delivery, you can select Royal Mail Tracked 24 for an additional cost.

• We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier, but we will always assist where possible
