Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that the items that arrive with you are faulty or damaged, send us photographs that show the damage/fault and we will issue a replacement.

 

You have the right to return items for a refund within 14 days of receiving them, even if you simply change your mind. This is part of the Consumer Contracts Regulations. However, the returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition and you will need to pay for and organise shipping. Upon receipt of the item, we will process the refund.

In the very unlikely event that your seed does not grow, we will refund £39.99 for 100g seed bags that are sown before October 26th 2025 if they do not grow within one year of being sown. To obtain your refund, you will need to:

• Provide proof of purchase (i.e. your order number)

• Provide proof that the seed was sown prior to the 26th October 2025 (photos with time stamps are sufficient)

• Provide photos of the area sown with seed from several timepoints throughout the year 

  • This will enable us to troubleshoot why the seed did not grow and update our sowing instructions to help future customers.​​
