Returns, Refunds and Guarantee Policy
Faulty or damaged items
If items arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Change of mind returns (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a refund:

items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

items must be in a resalable condition
-
return postage must be arranged and paid for by you
Once the returned item has been received and checked, we will process the refund.
Please note: For biosecurity and seed integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened seed packets.

Money-Back Guarantee*
We stand behind the quality of our seed.
If none of the seed species establish within 12 months of sowing, we offer the following refund:

Full Refund for 100 g seed bags

Full Refund for 5 kg seed bags
To request a refund under this guarantee, you must provide:

proof of purchase (order number)
-
evidence that the seed was sown at least 12 months ago

clear photographs of the sown area taken at several points during the year
This information allows us to assess establishment conditions and, where appropriate, improve guidance for future customers.

Important notes on seed establishment

Seed establishment depends on soil condition, weather, timing, preparation, and management

Different species establish at different rates and tolerate different conditions

This guarantee applies only where no species establish at all

Partial establishment or selective species success does not qualify for a refund

*Guarantee limitations
The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply where:

seed has been sown outside recommended timings
-
ground preparation or aftercare guidance has not been followed
-
seed has been disturbed by grazing, trafficking, flooding, or cultivation
-
extreme weather events occur outside normal seasonal patterns​
